Marijana Smolčec: https://my.pbworks.com/  is one of the most popular

Marijana Smolčec: This is the one out ICT4ELT team is using

Marijana Smolčec: our*

Anzhelika: blogs are very convenient.  we use blogs

Marijana Smolčec: Yes, I love blogger, but recebtly I have started to use Wordpress :) you have to choose the blog site that fits you

Marijana Smolčec: Google Sites ahve changed

Marijana Smolčec: I think they are much easier  to use now

Světlana Obenausová: Google Sites are great and they enable collaboration as well. I use them a lot for presenting well-organised content.

Anzhelika: pbworks.com is great for project  work. we created with students one about our region. but in class we used wikispaces.com,  unfortunately  it said goodbye to everybody

Marijana Smolčec: Yes, wikispace is not free any more

Marijana Smolčec: there are many sites and tools that have been cancelled since I have started using ICT

Světlana Obenausová: Yes, I used to use wikispaces a lot. When they shut down, I started using Google websites.

Marijana Smolčec: The whole point is to of learning to use ICT tools is to easily adapt and get ready for changes

Marijana Smolčec: :))

Světlana Obenausová: Yes, we need to be flexible.

Marijana Smolčec: I like Google Classroom, but am still not using it with my students. I have started using Microsoft teams, but I think will start using Moodle Loomen as we can get is as an institution

Marijana Smolčec: That's great about Google, you have everything in one place once you log in with one of your account s:)

Sanja Božinović: Good choice, Marijana. because all teachers and students in Croatia can use Office 365 for free and so we can all use Microsoft Teams and OneNote for free and they are both great tools for the classroom and for professional development.

Marijana Smolčec: Yes, that's right Sanja, so why not using them :)

Stela Pavetić: I am using Yammer with my students... I have tried using Edmodo, but I like Yammer better although it is not that organised as Google classroom. A friend of mine recommended Teams, maybe I will try that

Marijana Smolčec: Excellent Sanja

Marijana Smolčec: I also got used to Yammer since we became eSkola :)

Marijana Smolčec: Excellent Stela, sorry, I am following few tabs at the same time :D

Stela Pavetić: :-)

Stela Pavetić: I also use the website of my school to share links to online exercises, video or audio files or documents and online games with my students

Marijana Smolčec: Perfect!

Stela Pavetić: My students like that very much, but they cannot collaborate and communicate there, that is why we started using Yammer

Marijana Smolčec: I have been using FB secret groups for years, now only Messenger and recently Teams, it all depends on the students. but we will choose what is the best for our classroom

Marijana Smolčec: If Yammer works for you, go for it! :)

Stela Pavetić: We were advised not to use FB groups, so that is why I had to choose something similar

Stela Pavetić: For now, it does, but I am looking for something more organized

Nancy in Italy: What is an unsplash photo?

Marijana Smolčec: FB groups are not ok, for young learners, but I teach secondary students, but since we have Office 365 and Yammer is an excellent social networks for all student levels and adults:)

Efrossini: Are all add-ons free?

Anzhelika: what browser  is better to yuse,  I couldn't!'the join by using Google Chrome

Efrossini: I found some that were not free

Marijana Smolčec: Could be Effrosini

Marijana Smolčec: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera

Marijana Smolčec: Microsoft Edge :)

Tatiana Novikova: I'd like to know more, plean on ususing the techniques in flipped learning. Could you share with us  the example from your practice?

Světlana Obenausová: Yes, PhotoPeach works only with Internet Explorer.

Efrossini: I used to have problems with Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox worked better, but now it is the opposite in my experience .

Anzhelika: I mean it

Liudmyla Tsarova from Ukrain: How do you motivate your students to work in the cyber space? At what time do you do it? At class time according the schedule or after classes?

Sneza: I joined this session via Mozilla, Chrome was useless

Marijana Smolčec: Yes Effrosini

Efrossini: @Svetlana, yse, some tools work only with Explorer now.

Efrossini: yes*

Liudmyla Tsarova from Ukrain: I am using Opera

Efrossini: Can it be that location can affect how well a browser works?

Stela Pavetić: Liudmyla, I use that during class, when we practise grammar and vocabulary or when I want my students to collaborate on a document. I also give assignments for working at home - those are usually quizzes and games, so they actually like doing that.

Katerina Arnaut: How many students do you have in a class, Jose?

Marijana Smolčec: That is what I was talking about Sneza

Marijana Smolčec: It was the same for me on another laptop

Světlana Obenausová: In relation to what Jose Antonio said about how students see the content in different gadgets - In Google Websites the writer can see exactly how people see the page in their phones, their tablets or their PCs, there are three views presented.

Liudmyla Tsarova from Ukrain: Thank you

Tatiana Novikova: thank you, Jose

Yelena Kovalchuk: Does your every student have a blog? Is it time-consuming to read all the blogs and comment on them?

Anzhelika: if students write compositions and download , is it gogood to ask them to correct each others mistakes, in comments,  for example.

Efrossini: @Yelena, you can also have a class blog if you think following every student's blog is too much for you

Katerina Arnaut: How many students do you have in a class, Jose?
